Catalogs:

How To View a Catalog Online

The Winthrop University Undergraduate Catalog is accessible in Portable Document Format (PDF). In order to download and view the files, you need the free Adobe Acrobat Reader.

Go to the listing of online catalogs and choose the undergraduate catalog you would like to view.

To view a graduate catalog, visit the Graduate School website.

Choice of Catalog

A regular undergraduate student may obtain a degree according to the requirements set forth in the catalog in force at the time of the student's initial enrollment as a regular undergraduate student at Winthrop.  However, when a student has been absent for a period of 12 months or more, he or she must fulfill the requirements of the catalog in force at the time of re-enrollment or a subsequent catalog in force during enrollments.

In all cases, a student is restricted in choice to the requirements of a specific catalog and must graduate within a period of eight years from the date the catalog was issued to claim the rights of that catalog.

Degree Checklists

To assist students in keeping up with their degree progress, a current listing of all majors with their corresponding degree checklists can be found at the University College Website.
