The Winthrop University Board of Trustees approved tenure and promotion decisions for faculty members as recommended by the Division of Academic Affairs at its April 30 quarterly meeting.

Winthrop #1 Again for Recruiting, Retaining & Promoting Minorities & Women

For the eighth year Winthrop secured the top spot among the four-year state universities in South Carolina in meeting our affirmative action goals, according to the S.C. Human Affairs Commission.
