GPA Calculator
Steps for calculating your grade point average:
- Determine your grade points for each class.
- A = 4 grade points
- A- = 3.67 grade points
- B+ = 3.33 grade points
- B = 3 grade points
- B- = 2.67 grade points
- C+ = 2.33 grade points
- C = 2 grade points
- C- = 1.67 grade points
- D+ = 1.33 grade points
- D = 1 grade point
- D- = 0.67 grade points
- F = 0 grade points
- Calculate your quality points for each class.
Quality points = grade points X course credit hours
NOTE: Courses being audited or taken on the S/U basis are not used in grade calculation.
- Compute your total quality points and total credit hours by adding the quality points and credit hours earned in each class.
- Calculate your grade point average (GPA).
GPA = total quality points / total credit hours
