If you have completed your intake appointment with OA and have been approved for accommodations, you can use the resources below to request letters and schedule accommodated testing.

Requesting Letters of Accommodation (LOA)

Beginning Summer of 2019, registered students will need to request their LOA’s to initiate the accommodation process. OA will not send out the LOA without a request from registered students. Students will need to use this Letter of Accommodation Request Form via AIM to request their letters.

Scheduling Accommodated Testing with OA

Accommodated testing is available to registered students who have been approved for testing accommodations. Registered students may use this Test Scheduling Form through AIM to schedule accommodated tests and quizzes.
