Registration for reunion weekend closed on Tuesday, Oct. 21. We loved celebrating with everyone who registered!
The Mini-Tatler is an 8.5x11 booklet that will be ours to keep. Creating a Mini-Tatler is a tradition for 50-year reunions.
A printed copy of the Mini-Tatler is included in the reunion registration fee. If you cannot attend the reunion and would like to purchase a Mini-Tatler, please visit the Homecoming and Reunion registration page to purchase your Mini-Tatler for $20. Select "Class of 1975 Mini-Tatler" on the registration form. Mini-Tatlers will be mailed after Homecoming and Reunion Weekend in 2025.
The deadline for Mini-Tatler submissions was Friday, Sept. 26.
Although the room block rate at the Hampton Inn ended on Tuesday, Oct. 7, you can still book a room by calling 803/325-1100.
The Class of 1975 reunion committee selected the Byrnes Auditorium Theatrical Lighting System as our 50-year fundraising project. Consider a gift that correlates with 50 in honor of our golden reunion or 75 for the Class of 1975 - $50, $75, $500, $750 or $1,975! Friday, Nov. 14: We will kick off the weekend with a drop-in at the newly renovated Byrnes Auditorium from 3-4 p.m. Our Class Reunion Reception and Dinner will begin at 6 p.m. in Richardson Ballroom, located inside the DiGiorgio Campus Center. Following the dinner, we will head to the Hampton Inn in Rock Hill to continue celebrating in the hotel hospitality room!
Saturday, Nov. 15: We will attend the Alumni Reunion Brunch in McBryde Hall from 9:30 a.m.-1 p.m. Winthrop Archives will have memorabilia on display, and coffee, cocktails and nibbles will be available to enjoy upon arrival. Our class photo will be at 10:45 a.m. inside Tillman Hall at the grand staircase in the lobby. Following our class photo, we will line up in the breezeway of McBryde Hall to make our grand entrance to the Alumni Reunion Brunch! During the brunch, we will present a check in honor of our golden reunion for the money raised for the Byrnes Auditorium Theatrical Lighting System.
The class reunion committee is so excited to celebrate our 50-year reunion with you! We have been working hard with the Alumni Association to plan a memorable weekend!
