Are you looking to get involved on campus? Here are a few upcoming events where you can meet several of our student organizations or find ways to get engaged. 

Fall Involvement Fair

  • Next Involvement Fair coming in September 2020. Sign your organization up for a table at the Fall Involvement Fair here.

  • Winthrop Awards! You can nominate your favorite Program and/or Student Organization for an award.  Program of the YearStudent Org of the Year.

  •  Flight Plan - Get involved in growing the Winthrop network by offering your time and experience to mentor current students.

Convocation2020

  • 2020 Convocation Picnic - August 24, 2020   Sign up 2020 Convocation  
  • Limited number of tables, with a wait list for overflow
  • All registered organizations will be emailed early August with event details

Student Organization Training

Coming Fall 2020 - Student Organization Annual Training will be on-line.  Look for more inoformation to come in August!!

All student organizations must attend one of these information sessions in order to re-register or  become a student organization for the 2020-2021 academic year. All steps of re-registration must be completed by September 15, 2020. New Organizations chartering for the first time during the academic year have until March 31, 2021 to attend.

Student Allocations Training and Interview Dates.

 A student organization must attend an allocations training during the academic year they wish to receive funding. Student groups must also have completed organization registration to request funds. Groups can apply in fall for funds for spring semester. Funds are available until gone.
