Purpose of Organization: Pre-Health Club is a student led organization that aims to unite members of the
student body interested in healthcare.
Description of Organization: Pre-Health Club is an organization dedicated to those students aspiring to attain
degrees in the medical field. We hope to provide resources for nursing, pre-veterinarian,
pre-pharmacy, pre-medical, and other health care or medical related professional programs.
These resources will include guest speakers, visits, and information from recruiting
schools, visits to medical schools, opportunities for volunteering in their respective
medical fields, and a chance to interact with students with the same goals and aspirations
as one another.
Planned Projects/Events: Community Service around the local Rock hill Area: Encouraging pre-medical students
to get involved! Medically-oriented seminars to inform students about pathways into
medicine. Informational sessions to provide help and understanding about what is
needed for a career in medicine.
