Classification and Pay

Reviewing employee classifications, compensation, and pay practices is one of the University's top priorities, as noted in Section 3.2 of the Winthrop Plan. To accomplish the classification, compensation, and pay practices review, Winthrop is partnering with Segal Consulting, a human resources consulting firm nationally recognized for its work with hundreds of higher education institutions in the U.S. in the area of compensation and pay practices.

The review is expected to run through calendar year 2021, and we will keep the Winthrop community informed of the progress through regular updates and providing information on this web page.
