Location and Time

We will be in McBryde Hall on Winthrop’s campus.  You can start setting up your booth at 10:30 AM, and refreshments will be available during the setup time.  Students will begin arriving at 11:00 AM.  Following Meet the Firms, your firm representatives may join faculty and Beta Alpha Psi students for a luncheon from 12:30 – 1:30 PM in Tuttle Hall, located off McBryde Hall.

Each registration includes one booth: a six-foot table with a white tablecloth.  Firms may pick their booth location on a first-come basis.  Please bring firm signage for your booth.  If you wish to bring firm swag, plan for 200 students. Registration is limited to 40 booths. Registration fees are non-refundable after August 31st, 2024.

On the Winthrop parking map, McBryde Hall is building # 15. Please park in lot G (Margaret Nance) or the green visitor parking spaces between buildings # 14 and 15. If these lots fill up, you can use lot E (Johnson). Parking passes are not needed for these designated areas.

Job Postings and Interviews

We recommend that firms post job openings to Handshake. You can set up an Employer Handshake account here. If you want to arrange on-campus interviews, please contact Michael Szeman (CDI Associate Director) at
