Purpose of Organization: The purpose of this organization is to promote a sense of community within the hall,
to promote friendship and personal growth, and to increase the standard of living
of all residents by planning and implementing activities appropriate to the various
needs of those who reside in Phelps Hall.
Description of Organization: Phelps Hall Council is re-building in the 2012-2013 school year following the reopening
of Phelps Hall. We are gauging the wants and needs of the new Phelps population to
ensure we provide the most adequate programming.
Planned Projects/Events: Hall t-shirt (and design competition) Monthly social events
