I am writing with an update on the HVAC situation in Rutledge.
You may recall that last week I shared a three-step plan to address both short- and long-term solutions for the most recent problems encountered. That three-step plan started with a contractor technician who is familiar with the system working to address a lack of air flow in the system.
I am pleased to say that the technician has made some progress, and air has been flowing in some areas since last Thursday evening. Not all areas are getting air, however, so his efforts continue. We also are awaiting part availability and pricing to repair both the cooling and heating fans. That said, we are still in step 1 of our plan.
