In order to complete a performance appraisal, the Plan must include all job responsibilites along with corresponding Expected Performance Results and Specific Expectations and Instructions, prior to initiating the Plan step.
To view and/or update the position's performance details follow the instructions below:
1. Login to People Admin. Use this link or access "Position Mgmt" from Wingspan on the "Software/Systems Quick Access" card. |

2. In People Admin, ensure that you are logged in with the Supervisor USER GROUP. Use the [...] ellipsis, to access the Position Management module. Select "Position Descriptions" from the orange menu bar then "Staff" to see a list of your employees' position descriptions. |

3. To VIEW an employee's position description, simply click the link on their position title in the list. |

4. Scroll down to the JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Section. Each Job Responsibility will need to have descriptive information in the two new fields that will replace the existing "Success Criteria" field: "Expected Performance Results" and "Specific Expectations or Instructions" |

5. To UPDATE the Specific Expectations and/or the Expected Performance Results, while viewing the PD, at the top-right of the page, click the "Modify Performance Details" link. |

6. Click the START button to update the Expectations or to Cancel click the back button or another menu option to leave this page without starting a change. |

7. Select the POSITION DESCRIPTION tab on the left then add Expectations on the right panel for all Job Responsibilities. Click SAVE & CONTINUE when you are finished. |

8. On the Summary tab, in the top-right of the screen, select "Submit to HR EPMS". Once the changes have been approved by HR, you will receive an automated email and may then begin the Plan step of the Performance appraisal. |
