Need Help During Virtual Campus Operating Hours?

In an effort to help College of Education faculty, staff, students, parthers, and families, we are adding communication options. Our staff and GAs will be available as described below and will help find the information you need, whether that is answering your question or redirecting your request. Questions about courses, specific assignments, or clarifications on course related information should be sent directly to the instructor.

E-mail Questions 

Send general inquiries throughout the day to coega@winthrop.edu. Our graduate assistants are regularly monitoring this e-mail Monday to Friday from 10 a.m.-3 p.m. They will respond as soon as they have an answer. Provide as much information as you can to help ensure we understand your need or question. 

Speak to a Staff Member

Monday to Friday from 10-11 a.m. and 2-3 p.m., Ms. Rawls will be live in MS Office Teams to receive calls. Note we may extend these hours so check back.

You will need to sign on to Office 365 at www.office.com using your Winthrop credentials. When making a call in Teams contact rawlsj@winthrop.edu. Students, DO NOT include “mailbox” in your e-mail address.
