SOCL 298:  In this seminar, students learn about the research departmental faculty engage in. They also gain concrete "how to" information on networking, resume building, and interviewing. Experiential learning opportunities- meaning significant out-of-class experiences such as study abroad, research assistantships, internships, and service learning- are emphasized.
