Voicemail messages will no longer be saved on individual phone sets. Instead, all voicemails will be automatically sent to the email address IT has on file for you. If you need to update your email address, please email IT at servicedesk@winthrop.edu.
Unfortunately, the new phone system cannot dial 6000 extensions. If the person you are trying to reach has one of the new phones, they have been issued a new extension. Please refer to the Outlook Address book to find their new number. Otherwise, you will need to temporarily keep your old phone until all phones have been replaced.
No, you no longer need to dial a 9 or 5 when making a long distance call. Simply dial the full 10 digit number.
