Dear Colleagues:
The holiday season is upon us, and once more I extend my gratitude to each and every one who has made this semester a success. This year, the traditional Winthrop University holiday celebration and gathering of faculty and staff will unfortunately not take place at the President’s House as usual due to the pandemic.
Instead, as an offering of good cheer, Alison and I will deliver seasonal cookies to all campus divisions, colleges, and departments on Wednesday, December 9, and Thursday, December 10. Our route will take us across university grounds these two days in varying blocks of time, so we would appreciate it if someone could be in your offices on these dates.
We look forward to the opportunity to see you before we all go on winter break for the holiday.
