    • Humanities or Social Science Gen Ed
    • Learn program admission requirements early.
    • Begin GPA building (especially science GPA).
    • Explore radiologic technology through advising or shadowing. 

    Complete prerequisites and apply to the radiography program.

    Fall Semester

    • Anatomy & Physiology II (with lab)
    • Physics II (if required)
    • Oral Communication / Speech
    • Ethics or Humanities Gen Ed

    Spring Semester

    • Pathophysiology or Human Disease (if offered)
    • Statistics (if not taken earlier)
    • Computer Applications or Health Informatics
    • Elective or Gen Ed
    • Apply to the Radiologic Sciences professional program.
    • Complete observation hours (if required).
    • Submit personal statement/interview (program-specific).
    • Admission is often competitive and limited-enrollment.

    • Hands-on imaging experience.
    • Early mornings and fixed clinical schedules. 

    Prepare for ARRT certification and professional practice

    Spring Semester

    • Radiography Capstone or Review Course
    • Clinical Education IV
    • Healthcare Ethics or Management
    • Elective (advanced imaging exposure if available)
    • Graduate with a BS in Radiologic Sciences.
    • Apply for the ARRT certification exam.
    • Apply for state licensure.
    • Begin job search or advanced modality training.
