    • Begin shadowing a chiropractor (10–40 hrs)
    • Focus: confirm interest, build relationships for recommendations.
    • Organic Chemistry OR Biochemistry
    • Physics I (lab)
    • Physics II (lab)
    • Nutrition, Exercise Physiology, or Kinesiology (recommended)
    • Ethics or Health Policy elective
    • Volunteer/leadership experience
    • Focus: deepen clinical exposure, maintain GPA.
    • Upper-level science electives (e.g., Microbiology, Cell Bio, Pathophysiology)
    • Public speaking or communication
    • Research or senior project (optional but helpful)
    • Continue shadowing or paid clinical work (scribe, rehab tech, etc.)
    • Apply to chiropractic schools (letters, transcripts, interviews)
    • Focus: prepare transition and finish strong academically.
