- Focus: confirm interest, build relationships for recommendations.

- Nutrition, Exercise Physiology, or Kinesiology (recommended)
- Ethics or Health Policy elective
- Volunteer/leadership experience
- Focus: deepen clinical exposure, maintain GPA.
- Upper-level science electives (e.g., Microbiology, Cell Bio, Pathophysiology)
- Public speaking or communication
- Research or senior project (optional but helpful)
- Continue shadowing or paid clinical work (scribe, rehab tech, etc.)
- Apply to chiropractic schools (letters, transcripts, interviews)
- Focus: prepare transition and finish strong academically.
