All students who will reside on campus and/or attend in-person classes must meet Winthrop’s immunization requirements no later than July 15 for Fall semester (first-time students do not become active in Banner until mid May/early June and you will not have access the portal to upload your information until then) and December 1 for Spring semester.
Incoming residential students will not be permitted to select a move-in appointment until immunization compliance is complete. Students who are not compliant by the first day of classes will have an immunization hold placed on their account and may be assessed a non-refundable $100 Non-Compliance Fee. This fee can be avoided by meeting all requirements by the stated deadlines.
All incoming students must complete immunization compliance through the PyraMED patient portal using their Winthrop (Wingspan) login credentials.

Students vaccinated in South Carolina may see immunization records pre-populated in the portal; however, it remains the student’s responsibility to verify that all required information is accurate, complete, and submitted.
To request immunization records from an individual state (outside of South Carolina), go to "Immunizations" via the portal and select "Retrieve Immunizations Automatically". There is a one-time $20 fee that allows you to request from multiple states within a 12 month period. A separate request must be filled out for each state. Any registries that you previously requested will be shown, along with the status of your immunization requirements. If you have an official immunization record already, you may go to "My Forms" to enter immunizations manually. If you manually enter the information, you must still upload a copy of your immunization record by going to "Document Upload"
