Due to health and safety concerns surrounding the COVID-19 pandemic, conference staff have elected to host a virtual conference this year. All presentations formats will have a live and interactive component as summarized below.
Below are the types of presentations you can choose from. Below each description is more information if you have selected that type of presentation.
Live oral presentations will occur through Zoom. Presenters will have 12 minutes with 3 minutes for questions.

Poster presentations will be 3-5 minute pre-recorded videos hosted by Techsmith Knowmia. Each presenter will be assigned a 60 minute slot where conference attendees will be able to ask questions through a live discussion forum.

Performances will be pre-recorded to ensure optimal audio quality. Performers will be assigned 60 minute slot to be available for a live discussion forum through Techsmith Knowmia.

Art displays/galleries will be displayed through the conference website and linked to pre-recorded artist talks. The panel of artists will be available for live discussion during an assigned 60 minute period.
