If you want to be considered for an award, the deadline to upload your video for consideration
is April 9th.

Greetings,
You are receiving this e-mail because you selected to present an oral presentation
at SOURCE (cc: mentors). Below are a couple of important notes that you should be
aware of.
- SOURCE will occur during the afternoon of April 16th. If you have any schedule restrictions
on that day, please let me know asap!
- SOURCE is 100% virtual. All oral presentations will be held over Zoom. there will
be a faculty or staff moderator in each room to ensure that the technology is working
correctly.
- You should plan for a 12-minute presentation with 3 minutes allotted for questions.
Make sure you are working with you mentor to prepare your talk.
- There are cash awards for the best presentations this year. If you want to be considered
for an award, we need a recording of your presentation so that we can do an initial
screening to identify finalist. Please follow this link to upload your presentation if you want to be considered for an award. The deadline
to upload your video for consideration is April 9th.
