Monday, August 19, 2019
9:00 a.m.: Transfer & Adult Student Meeting - Tillman Auditorium
Arrive as early as 8:30 a.m. to receive your Blue Line t-shirt. Program begins
promptly at 9:00 a.m.
11:00 a.m.: Convocation - Winthrop Coliseum
12:00 p.m.: Convocation Picnic (optional) - Winthrop Coliseum
2:30 p.m.: Assemblies with Academic Colleges
Locations vary by Academic College. See the Welcome Week schedule for exact locations.
5:00 p.m.: Fall 2019 Classes Begin
All new transfer and adult students must attend the events listed above.
Students with a legitimate conflict should contact University College Academic Advising
in advance.
*Due to renovations of Byrnes Auditorium, this is the current proposed schedule for
the day.
While not anticipated, the MATS office will contact students with any schedule changes
via their Winthrop e-mail.

Transfer Trivia: Friday, August 16, 2019 - 8:00 p.m. at The Edge (DiGiorgio Campus Center)
