Winthrop offers three main platforms for video conferencing: Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and Blackboard Collaborate Ultra. Here, you can find tutorials and support resources for all three platforms. 

NOTE: Teams and Zoom are supported by the office of Computing & Information Technology while Blackboard Collaborate Ultra is supported by the Office of Online Learning.

The moderator can choose to give participants the Presenter role to allow screen-sharing.

Available only in Zoom Webinars, not Meetings.

In a Teams call, nine participant videos can be visible at a time.

For large events, please contact Campus Events in advance.

Blackboard Collaborate can accomodate more than 500 participants, but special arrangements must be made in advance. Please contact the Office of Online Learning for more information.
