Summer Group Housing Form

Winthrop faculty and staff members may utilize on campus housing over the summer to accommodate Camps and Conferences! We offer reasonable rates, clean facilities, and a happy staff!

Summer Housing Rates:

$20.37/per night per person for a double room in a Residence Hall
$23.14/per night per person for a single room in a Residence Hall

Please note: Accommodation taxes will be applied and are not included in housing rates.

Summer Housing is available June 1, 2019 – July 31, 2019. If you have a group housing need before or after this time period, please contact Julie Schrader (x3706) to discuss possible arrangements.

*Please note Housing rates do not include meals; however Sodexo will be happy to assist with any dining needs! To schedule dining options please contact Sodexo at 803-323-2134. In addition please be advised that Residence Life does not offer a linen service.
