Monday, April 11th

Alma Mater Day  

We invite all faculty and staff to represent their graduate alma maters with the appropriate regalia, sweatshirt, t-shirt, hat, or colors! See how many different schools you can spot on campus and snap a photo!  Don't forget to post your pictures on social media with #WUGradEdWeek.

Tuesday, April 12th

GRAD 101, 6:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m., DiGs 114

Hear how to put your best foot forward when choosing and applying to any graduate school. You’ll gain an inside look into the application process from an admissions’ viewpoint, while learning the do’s and don't's of graduate school. Space is limited!


Thursday, April 14th

Hope Reed Fellows Poster Presentation and Reception, 6:00 p.m. - 7 p.m., Richardson Ballroom

This event features current students, alumni, and friends telling their "Why Winthrop?" stories to the Graduate Alumni Board and invited guests.

Community Advisory Board Re-Launch Dinner & Program, 7 p.m. - 8:30 p.m., Richarson Ballroom

This will be community/potential donor outreach event planned to officially re-launch the Community Advisory Board and will feature 3 Hope Reed Fellows.

Friday, April 15th

3MGS Competition, 6:00 p.m. - 7:30 p.m., Whitton Auditorium

See our current graduate students deliver an elevator speech about their research in three minutes. There will also be a reception for participants, judges, and attendees in the lobby area following the presentations.

Wednesday, April 20th

MFA Studio Tour, 7:00 p.m. - 8 p.m., Rutledge Studios (2nd Floor)

Immerse yourself in the works of our graduate art students. Stop by the gallery and then tour our Master of Fine Arts (M.F.A.) studios to visit M.F.A. students as they work on projects.
