Post a Position to Handshake

If you have a position to post, CDI can help you advertise your opportunity for free to our students and alumni. Here is how we can help you:

Post and promote opportunities of all types to our students and alumni through our jobsite, Handshake.
Work with one of our CDI staff to help recruit candidates.

Employers Handshake Login

ATTENTION: If you think another representative from your company may have already created an employer profile on our system, e-mail us or call 803/323-2141 so we can check. We can manually add you as a new contact for your employer if an account already exists. We also can merge your account after the fact if we find duplicate organization entries in the system.

Recruit at a Winthrop Fair

We host two Fall Fairs: Part-Time Jobs Fair Tailgate and the Fall Career & Graduate School Fair. In the Spring we host two fairs: Education Career Fair, Spring Career & Graduate School Fair., and the Summer Opportunities Showcase

Mock Interview Day

In 2019 we kicked off our first annual Mock Interview Day. This is an excellent way to meet students as well as brand your organization on campus. We have found that employers have used programs such as this one as an excellent pre-recruiting tool to generate interest in their organization. Throughout their job search, students have often turned to their mock interview employer as a real, prospective employer.

Past employer partners have included: Rock Hill Police Department, Broad River Retail d/b/a Ashley HomeStore, Daimler Trucks North America, Mosiac Pediatric Therapy, Alexander Youth Network, and Keystone Substance Abuse Services.
