Part-Time Job Fair

Winthrop's annual Part-Time Job Fair brings together students, local employers, and campus departments for a morning of casual table-style networking in our student center. This event is a great opportunity to hire an Eagle for your part-time/seasonal roles, including internships!

    Registration

    Registration includes a 5-foot table (with tablecloth) and lunch tickets for two representatives.

    • Deadline: Employer registration closes on August 25 or once capacity is reached (space is limited).
    • Fee: Nonprofit Rate: $25 | Standard Rate: $75 (Early Bird Rate: $50 through July 31)

      • Standard Rate: $150 (includes up to 2 reps)
      • Government/Nonprofit Rate: $100 (includes up to 2 reps)
      • Additional Representative Fee: $25 per additional rep (maximum of 2 additional reps)

    Time & Location

    The event is from 11 a.m.-1:30 p.m. on the West Center Courts (15 on Campus Map).

    Parking

    Employer parking is available in Margaret Nance Parking Lot (G on Campus Map) and in-between the West Center and McBryde Hall (see 15 and 16). Visitor parking passes are not required for these designated areas.


      Check-In

      Employer check-in is at 10 a.m. in the DiGiorgio Campus Center Lobby (16 on Campus Map). Event staff will direct employers to their tables upon arrival. Suggested items to bring:

      • Logoed tablecloth, posters and signage for table (6-foot table and standard garnet tablecloth will be provided)
      • Brochures/flyers/business cards 
      • QR code to job postings/instructions on how to apply
      • Promotional items/swag
