Students who receive Ch. 33 and Ch. 31 Educational Benefits (Tuition is sent to Winthrop directly from the VA) are able to "protect" their schedules while waiting for payment from the VA.
The students MUST have given the Veterans Benefits Coordinator an up-to-date Certificate of Eligibility or eBenefits screenshot showing the student's eligibility percentage and number of months of entitlement remaining.
