Winthrop University Social Media Usage Policy – 06/01/2026
Founded in 1886, Winthrop University is an institution committed to providing our students a national caliber education, both in and out of the classroom, as well as preparing them for what’s ahead – whether that’s a career, continuing education, or anything else life has in store. We pride ourselves on our close-knit, family-like environment and our vibrant, diverse campus community. Every part of the university works together towards the success of each of our students – in academics, athletics, career and life goals – and we have a tradition of excellence that earns us recognition on both regional and national levels as a top institution.
