Social Sciences Track
The Graduate Certificate in Management will allow students from a variety of graduate disciplines the opportunity to gain professional management and business skills suitable for managerial and administrative work roles. Through skill-based learning and hands-on application, the curriculum prepares students for management positions by improving their knowledge and awareness of professional management duties, increasing opportunities for advancement, strengthening necessary communication skills for today's advanced society, and developing a big-picture view of professional management.
Enrollment is only open to post-baccalaureate students who meet admission requirements to the Winthrop MBA program (based on undergraduate GPA and GMAT or GRE score) and to active, degree-seeking graduate students in good-standing at Winthrop University.

Official transcript(s) from all institutions attended for undergraduate and graduate coursework.
Note: Transcripts must be sent directly to Winthrop's Graduate Studies office from the issuing institution(s).
GRE/GMAT test scores.
A GRE/GMAT Waiver Request Form is included within the application.
