Alexa earned her B.A. in English Literature from the University of North Carolina Wilmington. After working in the marketing field for a number of years, she returned to school and completed the DPD program at Winthrop, followed by a Master’s in Clinical Nutrition from the University of Alabama. She is completing her dietetic internship through Meredith College on her path toward becoming a registered dietitian.
