WU Speaks is a speaking series centered around creating a platform for relevant and beneficial conversations among students, faculty and staff of Winthrop University. With 6,000 plus students and approximately 1,000 employees, there is a plethora of perspectives and knowledge to consider. This platform seeks to explore those perspectives and knowledge, in hopes of expanding the lenses through which we view the world while also building communication/presentation skills.
