Why is being a servant leader important to you, and why should it be important to others?
Being a serevant leader is very important to me because it shapes my values; it should matter to everyone bacause very little in life is solely about you. When you take a closer look at the world around you, it's rare that othes aren't involved in some way. This perspective is important to me bacause I want to improve the lives of those around me, especially in my academic and professional careers. There's so much to gain from acting with selflessness, kindness, and empanthy, as doing so creates a meaningful connection and postively impacts others. I believe this is something everyone should stirve for.
