Why did you choose to apply to the Close Scholars Program?

I choose to apply to the Close Scholars program to start my service journey in Rock Hill. Not to mention, I liked the idea of being a part of a like-minded group.

What do you look forward to as part of the Close Scholars Program?

I am looking forward to getting to know the other scholars over the duration of the program and hopefully making meaningful connections with the Rock Hill community.

Why is being a servant leader important to you, and why should it be important to others?

Being a servant leader is important to me, because I grew up participating in service and I enjoy helping others. I think being a servant leader should be important to others, because service can teach you valuable skills for communication and life in general.

Where do you see yourself in five years?

In five years, I see myself working at a company in Charlotte as a social media and marketing coordinator. I will also still participate in service whether it is through marketing techniques or various volunteer sites.

What is your favorite thing to do on campus or in the surrounding areas?

My favorite thing to do on campus is hangout with my friends on Scholars Walk.

What is your favorite place to trave and why?

My favorite place to travel is anywhere a cruise can take me. This might be a cheat answer, but I love that you get to see multiple places and cultures in one trip. My favorite cruise stop was St. Thomas, because it has beautiful beaches.

What is a fun fact about you?

My favorite Movis is Avatar: Way of Water
