Why did you choose to apply to the Close Scholars program?
I chose to apply to the Close Scholars program because this program aligns with my mission of always giving back to the community.
What do you look forward to as a part of the Close Scholars program?
With being a part of the Close Scholars program, I look forward to developing more social community awareness in this new area that I am in for college.
Why is being a servant leader important to you, and why should it be important to others?
Being a servant leader is very important because to me, service is all about giving back or helping others without the intention of something in return. It should be important to others because it also builds character.
Where do you see yourself in five years?
In five years, I see myself with a thriving, successful career while being able to
give back to my surrounding community.
What is your favorite thing to do on campus or in the surrounding areas?
My favorite thing on campus is to sit on the Scholars Walk swings with my friends after dinner in the cafe. We always do it around that time because we love to watch the sunset.
Where would you like to travel to and why?
I would love to travel to Bora Bora or Jamaica. I have heard and seen so many beautiful things about those places so I would definitely love to see them for myself. Who doesn't love a great tropical location? Lol!
Fun fact?
A fun fact about myself is that I am an entrepreneur of two businesses: clothing and graphic design, which I have had for 2-3 years now. I am also a YouTuber so in most but not all of my free time, I enjoy creating YouTube vlogs and if I’m not doing that, I enjoy cooking, sewing, and watching TV.
