Why did you choose to apply to the Close Scholars program?
I chose to apply for the Close Scholars Program because I wanted to give back to the community around me, that continues to shape the person I am becoming. Giving back to the people who have come before me and service my community in a positive light.
Why is being a servant leader important to you, and why should it be important to others?
Being a servant leader is important because it gives you a sense of purpose and responsibility for yourself and community. It should be important to others because we are the future and what we do each day will leave an impact on the people to come after us. Being a servant leader can inspire other people and youth to get more involved in their communities.
Where do you see yourself in 5 years?
In five years, I see myself working a good job in the accounting and owning my own nonprofit organization in my home town. Giving back to the community and helping less fortunate children is very important to me.
What is your favorite thing to do on campus and in the surrounding areas?
My favorite thing to do in my community is volunteer with my club where students get together and volunteer around Rock Hill.
Where is your favorite place to travel and why?
I like to travel any place with water becasue I belive that water is calming and peaceful.

A fun fact about is that that I have a deep love for Coach purses.
