Why did you choose to apply to the Close Scholars program? Service is a very big part of my life, and I wanted to be able to find a group of people who share this ideal.
What do you look forward to as part of the Close Scholars Program? Forming new relationships and becoming more connected with the community I love.
Why is being a servant leader important to you, and why should it be important to others? It is important because I love helping others, and it makes the community a better place for everyone.
Where do you see yourself in 5 years? After I complete my undergrduate degree, I plan to begin work towards my Masters in Teaching. Ultimatley, I plan to teach high school science.
What is your favorite thing to do on campus or in the surrounding area? I love spending time at Glencairn Garden especially in the spring. The flowers are beautiful!
Where is your favorite place to travel and why? My favorite place to travel is the beach; mainly because I love searching for shark teeth.
