Promotional Outdoor Poster Stands Form

Printing Services maintains a fleet of outdoor poster stands for campus departments to utilize when promoting events, programs, or other departmental information. Use of the stands is free of charge, and the cost for printing the posters to go in the stands is cheaper than ever. When you submit your own print-ready artwork, the posters cost just $18 a piece, allowing you to make a big impact on campus for a small cost. These stands will remain in 11 designated areas on campus, which you can view on this campus map (pdf - 257 kb).

Posters for the stands can only be printed and installed by Printing Services staff and must be printed to fit the frames correctly at 24.75”x36.75”. Please note the clamps of the poster stands will cover 1.5” from the edge on all four sides, so please keep important information inside of those borders.

Posters are installed only on Mondays and reservations must be made for a minimum of one week. The maximum amount of time one sign can be installed is two weeks. Requests for the stands are honored on a first come, first served basis. To request a spot in one or more of the poster stands, please complete the reservation form below. If your requested stands are not available on the weeks you selected, you will be contacted via email to discuss available stands. In cases of extreme weather, we may postpone install briefly.

Artwork should be submitted by Thursday at 9 a.m. the week prior to the reservation period. If artwork is not submitted by Thursday at noon the week prior to the reservation period, the reservation will be forfeit.

*Preferred Sign locations: Please check availability of your desired poster stand(s) before completing reservation form.

Note: Posters are installed only on Mondays, and start dates should reflect that.
