Kansai Gaidai Asian Studies (Japan)Deadline: Dec. 5
Wide variety of courses available in English (Japanese Language, Literature, Business,
Anthropology, History, Religion, Art, etc). Take one or two classes.
Tuition free! Only $95 registration fee per student required for one or two courses.

Winthrop students can apply to take 1-3 virtual study abroad courses (or 3-9 credit hours) while taking WU classes for a minimum total of 12 credit hours or a maximum total of 18 credit hours. Approved students can earn transfer credit for all approved study abroad classes, including virtual study abroad courses, in which they earn C- or above. Approved students may also be able to use their financial aid and awards toward the cost of virtual study abroad courses.
All students interested in applying for study abroad (in-person or virtual) are required to complete the study abroad group advising module on Blackboard and to meet with the study abroad coordinator in advance of the program's application deadline.
