The Eagle STEM Scholars Program is designed to develop a learning community for scholars. Besides academics, team building activities are also integral to the program for helping a cohort to establish relationships with peers.
STEM Stuff Day is Back — Now Paired with Eagle for a Day!
Thinking about a future in STEM? Want to learn more about potential STEM Scholarships? Eagle STEM Scholars Program is teaming up with Eagle for a Day to give prospective students and families an inside look at what its like to study STEM at Winthrop University.
What to Expect:
Lab Tours
Participants will tour Winthrop's STEM facilities and meet with faculty members and
current students. These guided tours offer insight into ongoing research projects
and provide a firsthand perspective on the resources and opportunities available to
STEM majors.
Faculty & Student Panels
Prospective students will have the opportunity to engage directly with faculty and
current STEM majors through panel discussions. Panelists will share their experiences
and insights into academic life, research involvement, and the broader STEM community
at Winthrop. This is a great opportunity to address any questions you may have.
