Coco

DSU will be showing the hit Disney film Coco as part of the Dia De Los Muertos Festival. 

Synopsis: Despite his family's generations-old ban on music, young Miguel dreams of becoming an accomplished musician like his idol Ernesto de la Cruz. Desperate to prove his talent, Miguel finds himself in the stunning and colorful Land of the Dead. After meeting a charming trickster named Héctor, the two new friends embark on an extraordinary journey to unlock the real story behind Miguel's family history.

Black Panther: Wakanda Forever  cultural event

The epic return to Wakanda with DSU featuring a special performance by African Soul International.  Make sure to wear all-white! 

Synopsis: Queen Ramonda, Shuri, M’Baku, Okoyeand the Dora Milaje, fight to protect their nation from intervening world powers in the wake of King T’Challa’s death. As the Wakandans strive to embrace their next chapter, the heroes must band together with the help of War Dog Nakia and Everett Ross  and forge a new path for the kingdom of Wakanda.

A Night at the Polar Express 

DSU will be showing the film Polar Express along with hot chocolate and sweet treats. 

On Christmas Eve, a young boy embarks on a magical adventure to the North Pole on the Polar Express, while learning about friendship, bravery, and the spirit of Christmas.
