Admissions requirements differ from program to program. However all programs have
clearly stated admissions requirements. These requirements can be found at the Graduate School's website. If you visit our Degree Information page and click on the appropriate program name, you will find program specific admissions
information on the Graduate School's website.
For every program, the admissions process begins at the Graduate School. Some degree
programs have specific admissions deadlines while others will accept applications
throughout the year. Applicants should visit the Admissions Information page and select the appropriate application for more details. Once you submit your application,
the Graduate School will contact you via e-mail to let you know what materials you
must submit to complete your application. As soon as your application is complete,
meaning all of the required materials have been received by the Graduate School, your
application will be considered by the program you have applied for. Some original
copies of required credentials (such as transcripts and test scores) may take several
weeks to be transmitted. Please plan accordingly.
Once an application is complete, the College of Education can render a decision quickly.
We submit our admissions decisions to the Graduate School who will contact you with
a formal admissions decision.
While an application is in progress, please feel to contact the College of Education
or the Graduate School about the status of your application. We will be able to tell
you whether or not your application is complete. If it is incomplete we can tell you
what materials we are still waiting on. Please note that final admissions decisions
are sent to you by the Graduate School.
