ProTeam is a middle school program sponsored by the Center for Educator Recruitment, Retention, and Advancement (CERRA). In response to the Education and Economic Development Act of 2005, ProTeam provides students with curriculum-based instruction related to success in college and career. Part of the ProTeam mission focuses on expanding the number of minority and male teachers for South Carolina public schools.
