Peer Tutoring Program
Instructions for making tutoring appointments in TutorTrac
- Go to https://traccloud.go-redrock.com/winthrop/.
- Log in to TutorTrac using your Winthrop University credentials (same username and
password as for Wingspan).
- On your first login, you may be prompted to confirm your Bio. Please make sure that
the information is correct. If you would like to receive text message reminders about
your appointments, enter your cell phone number (ex., 8033233929) and select the option
to receive SMS messages.
- On your dashboard, you'll see a box labeled Schedule a Tutoring Appointment.
- In the dropdown menu there, select the course you would like a tutor for and click
the Search button.
- A dialog box will appear with available appointment times. You can load more available
times by clicking the gold button at the bottom of the results.
- Click on the time that best fits your schedule.
- Please note: This time is when you will meet with your tutor every week, so make sure there are
no scheduling conflicts!
- When you click on a time, another box with appointment details will appear. Click
the Confirm button to set the appointment.
- To verify that your appointment was scheduled successfully, check the "Upcoming Appointments"
widget on your dashboard. You can click Day, Week, or List to change the view.
If none of the available appointment times work with your schedule - or if there are
no available appointment times for your course - you can let the ASC know by emailing
us!

- You could not find a time that works with your schedule.
- You need assistance registering.
- You have questions about our resources or others on campus.
- You made an error and chose the wrong appointment time. Only the ASC can cancel your
recurring appointment. It cannot be done through TutorTrac. You can also fill out
the ASC Drop Tutor Form if you would like to cancel your appointment.
