Community & Civic Engagement

Community Peer Educators

The Community Peer Educators are student leaders who promote campus wide engagement, connection, and belonging. They design and facilitate programs and events that foster community building and peer to peer learning. CPEs serve as ambassadors for the Community & Civic Engagement Department, supporting outreach efforts, hosting events in the Community Center, and helping create environments where all students feel welcomed, seen, and supported.

The Community Peer Educators are working with campus partners in developing community events for the 2025-2026 year! For Fall 2025, the Community Peer Educators are hosting or collaborating on the following events and programs:

  • Community Meet and Greet
  • Fall Involvement Fair
  • Latin Dance Night
  • Suicide Prevention
  • Diwalli Celebration
  • First-generation College Celebration
  • Veteran's Day Appreciation
