Registration and Payment Process

Step 1: Complete and submit
the application package and bring it to Professor Berbrick's office. If she is not
in, please slide it
under her door. Make sure all required
forms and attachments are included with your application.

Step 2: Once your application is approved, you will
receive an e-mail from Professor Berbrick.

Step
3: Upon notification that your
application has been approved, your deposit is to be paid at the Cashier's
Office. If you are paying by Credit
Card, you may do so online to avoid the additional fee the cashier's office
charges. Whether paying in person, or
online, you must note that the payment is for BADM 402 or 602 travel costs. YOU
MUST PAY YOUR DEPOSIT WITHIN 2 BUSINESS DAYS OF HAVING YOUR APPLICATION
APPROVED.

Step 4: E-mail a copy of
your receipt for payment of your deposit to Professor Berbrick. Once
your receipt has been recorded by Professor Berbrick, your spot will be
reserved for the trip.

Step 5: Register for the course
when summer
registration opens
(summer
registration date is in March and will be announced to all students that
have been approved for the participation).

Step 6: AFTER registering for the course, pay the
second 1/3 payment of the total trip to the cashier's office or online. Remember to
get a receipt. DO NOT MAKE SECOND PAYMENT UNTIL YOU ARE
REGISTERED FOR THE COURSE.

Step 7: E-mail your receipt
for your second payment to Professor Berbrick.

Step 8: Make final payment
of balance due for trip expenses any time after you have registered for the course,
but no later than the
third Monday in April.

Step 9: E-mail receipt for
final payment to Professor Berbrick.

Step 10: E-mail Dr. Gibson with your Bloomberg Financial Markets Certificate by
the third Monday in April.
