 Financial Markets Seminar (BADM 402/602)
Registration and Payment Process

  • Step 1: Complete and submit the application package and bring it to Professor Berbrick's office. If she is not in, please slide it under her door. Make sure all required forms and attachments are included with your application.

  • Step 2: Once your application is approved, you will receive an email from Professor Berbrick.

  • Step 3: Upon notification that your application has been approved, your deposit is to be paid at the Cashier's Office. If you are paying by Credit Card, you may do so online to avoid the additional fee the cashier's office charges. Whether paying in person, or online, you must note that the payment is for BADM 402 or 602 travel costs. YOU MUST PAY YOUR DEPOSIT WITHIN 2 BUSINESS DAYS OF HAVING YOUR APPLICATION APPROVED.

  • Step 4: Email a copy of your receipt for payment of your deposit to Professor Berbrick. Once your receipt has been recorded by Professor Berbrick, your spot will be reserved for the trip.

  • Step 5: Register for the course when summer registration opens (summer registration date is in March and will be announced to all students that have been approved for the participation).

  • Step 6: AFTER registering for the course, pay the second 1/3 payment of the total trip to the cashier's office or online. Remember to get a receipt. DO NOT MAKE SECOND PAYMENT UNTIL YOU ARE REGISTERED FOR THE COURSE.

  • Step 7: Email your receipt for your second payment to Professor Berbrick.

  • Step 8: Make final payment of balance due for trip expenses any time after you have registered for the course, but no later than the third Monday in April.

  • Step 9: Email receipt for final payment to Professor Berbrick.

  • Step 10: Email Dr. Gibson with your Bloomberg Financial Markets Certificate by the third Monday in April.
