What makes Winthrop special to you? 

Winthrop is special to me because it's more than just a campus; it's a second home. The moment you set foot here, you're embraced like family. It's like finding a second family away from home. Your friends become your tribe, and your professors? They're not just educators; they become mentors who play vital roles in your journey. 

What advice do you have for an incoming student?

For incoming students, my advice would be to embrace every opportunity that comes your way. College is a time for exploration and self-discovery, so don't be afraid to step out of your comfort zone, try new things, and meet new people. Take advantage of the resources available to you, whether it's academic support services or extracurricular clubs and organizations. And most importantly, don't forget to take care of yourself. 

What is your favorite part of Rock Hill? 

My favorite part is definitely downtown Rock Hill, also known as Old Town. The variety of restaurants, art and events are always enjoyable and exciting.

What is your favorite local restaurant: My top three would have to be Groucho’s, Dank Burrito, and Empire Pizza
