We are currently in the first phase – Approach, Process & Design of the Strategic Planning Process
During this phase we will identify alignment on key strategic change drivers. Data will be collected to identify common themes and areas of opportunity for further review.
Community Engagement/Data Collection encompasses hosting interviews, focus groups and surveys to add to data collection.
