Every year, hundreds of passionate Winthrop University supporters come together for 24 hours to change the lives of students, to support remarkable educators, and to give back to the programs that make a difference to Winthrop and the community.

For over a century, the College of Visual and Performing Arts has been a cornerstone of Winthrop’s commitment to the arts, offering exceptional programs in studio art, art history, design, music, theatre, dance, and arts education. Your support helps provide student scholarships and student activities and travel, state-of-the-art industry-standard facilities and equipment, and bring creativity to life through more than 150 public exhibitions and performances. These contributions ensure our students have access to the tools, spaces, and opportunities they need to thrive artistically, academically, and professionally.
While all contributions support student success and the mission of ArtsWinthrop, you’re welcome to share how you’d like your gift to be prioritized. You may choose to let the Dean or Department Chair allocate your gift based on the most urgent needs, or you can express a preference for one of the following areas:

Eagle Float Frenzy: The Race for Gold
West Center Pool, 11a.m. -11:50 a.m.
Join us as representatives from across campus compete in a float race in the West
Center Pool. ArtsWinthrop's very own Professor of Music Justin Isenhour will be serving
as our representative!
The winner will receive a $5,000 challenge gift courtesy of the Winthrop University
Alumni Association Executive Board to designate for their department/college.

Visit the Bleed Garnet, Give Gold tables and learn more about Winthrop's Day of Giving,
enjoy free food, and write a thank you card to a Bleed Garnet Give Gold donor.
Richard W. Riley College of Education, Sport, and Human Sciences Cash Cab
Throughout Campus, 12 p.m. - 3:30 p.m.
Need a ride to class? Jump into the CESHS Cash Cab on April 21! Students can answer
trivia questions during their ride to earn money for their favorite CESHS fund...
and Dean Costner will mathc $50 for correct anwers! Look for pick-up spots near the
West Center and Withers.

Faculty/Staff Happy Hour
Slow Play Brewing, 5 p.m. - 7 p.m. on April 21. Celebrate the day by walking over
to Slow Play Brewing to connect and grab some swag while supplies last. Food and drinks
available to purchase.
